We offer a 30-day return policy. If you’re not happy with your purchase, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
• Items must be unused and in their original packaging
• Proof of purchase is required
Non-returnable items include:
• Perishable goods
• Personal care or hygiene items once opened
• Custom or personalised items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
